The quality of Starbucks' drinks is not the same at any location. My favorite drink is Caramel Frappuccino. Some of their locations in Oakland make it with the same quality. But when I tried it here, the taste was totally different. The main problem is that they put to much ice in it, I think. What I get in my drink is no more than ice which makes my drink tastes like coffee ice, nothing special. I would not even pay $1 for that kinda drink for sure.
