I recently had an unpleasant experience at your drive-thru involving Manager Destiny. I attempted to use a $3 lunch deal that was available in the app, but she told me it was expired and declined to honor it. She removed the item like I had asked from my remaining order. After leaving the window, I placed a mobile order on the app for the sandwich where the coupon was still available & just went back through the drive-thru for pick up. It was not “expired”.
