I ordered Starbucks to be delivered to my house by doordash and my daughter driver that was dropping my coffee off dropped it off across the street of my house and my neighbor ended up taking my coffee and when I asked for nicely she said no you wanted it for me and I said no I didn't order it for you and she threw it on the ground I tried calling my daughter's driver the phone number was out of service
The tables were not cleaned,the taste of the drinks were just below average…
I had the worst experience at this Starbucks. I came here to get a coffee that I was really excited to try. When It was my turn to order, the cashier (that I didn’t know was the manager) was being extremely rude, taking deep breaths. Didn’t think it was for me until he was writing down my order on the cup & was nodding his head as he proceeded to take deep breaths. He seemed annoyed & I wasn’t sure why. A couple of days ago, I visited your establishment for a drink. While I was waiting, I witnessed an interaction between a customer and a cashier named James that was very concerning. As the customer was placing her order, James displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, sighing and huffing throughout the interaction.
