The woman with the unnaturally colored black hair at the drive through is rude! I will NEVER patronize this store again because of her. If asking for a straw is toooo much work then I definitely will not spend my money here. My drink is 6.77, giving an attitude because I asked you for a straw is DIABOLICAL!
Jenn was an absolute sweetheart, goes out of her way to be kind and that’s rare. The team did a great job preparing the drinks/food.
The coffee is good, of course it's starbucks. Just make sure you have a lot of time. I've been to this location several times because it's closest to my house.i find it is consistently very slow. You need to gave 10 minutes for 1 drink minimum. If there are people in line, it is going to be longer.
That Izzy girl made great conversation, and ensured my drink order was correct. She made a big smile on my face when she went above and beyond when I was having a bad day when she told me her favorite drink and it was surprisingly yummy! She is a great addition to that team!
