Friendly staff with a great atmosphere. Wish this location had some outside seating. But has plenty inside.
This shop has several regulars. Ive been using this location for years and staff change is normal w Starbucks, been thru several. Recently this location has changed 90% of the staff and service is horrible. From ordering, to getting the right drink or made correctly, to having to ask for straws. Also this location has had a price increase other locations didn't. After 10 yrs the last 2 weeks have been the worst service and attitude I've ever received.
The woman with the unnaturally colored black hair at the drive through is rude! I will NEVER patronize this store again because of her. If asking for a straw is toooo much work then I definitely will not spend my money here. My drink is 6.77, giving an attitude because I asked you for a straw is DIABOLICAL!
