I usually don't have issues with this location but for some reason when I ordered my usual drink since the flavor came out they said they couldn't do it. I've gone several times with no issues and I tip them to thank them but I guess they change their mind to allow certain things. My drink is a Matcha frappe with banana foam blended. I want the flavor in the matcha that's all. It makes a big difference.
