I went through the drive thru and ordered a venti extra hot latte, non fat with whip. My drink was not filled to the top (about 3/4) filled and no nonfat milk was used. The service is not consistent, and when you suggest that the drink was made incorrectly, they usually argue with you and say you are wrong.
I've come to this location a lot over the years and always had a good experience, so I thought I'd put in a good review. Whether I'm going to study with a friend or just need a pick me up, my drinks and food are always great. Every barista there is so nice and I hope yall are doing okay during all the big holiday rushes right now. Thank you for everything you do! 💗

I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at Starbucks , Gina, Ale, Trisha, Zoey, Ayah and Mary! Every time I visit, they’re always friendly, welcoming, and fast with my order. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The drinks are always made perfectly, and the positive energy they bring makes my day every time I stop by. Great teamwork and awesome customer service — they definitely deserve recognition for their hard work!
I just moved to Anoka and the Starbucks is three minutes away from my new apartment. One of the biggest things that I have to say they do different than any other Starbucks location I’ve been to is they take the time to write cute messages on your coffee! I know that seems like such a small and stupid thing but when you’re a nurse and you’re coming off of a 10 or 12 hour shift or just about to start one having a ‘somebody loves you’ or ‘you’ve got this today!’ written on your cup is everything.
