I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. I ordered a falafel wrap and a decaf medium roast coffee. The coffee honestly tasted like plain hot water with barely any coffee flavor in it. It felt extremely diluted and not at all what I’d expect from a medium roast. The falafel wrap was also poorly handled. It seemed like it was prepared with wet gloves because the wrap became soggy and mushy, and it was literally stuck to the paper bag it came in. I've had to go inside after ordering from the driver thru for them to fix my drink 3 times now. Probably going to have to switch locations since it's a pain in the butt especially when I have my daughter in the car. Both of my two drinks were made incorrectly today.
The last few times my drinks have been watered down. Very disappointing as I love Starbucks. Also bring back the happy hour I know everyone misses that.
