Worst Starbucks in the entire country. What is even going on at this location? I’m convinced no one here knows what’s on the actual menu. Today I ordered an Iced Lavender Matcha with Cream. What did I get? Green milk. No lavender. No cream. When I asked why, the barista shrugged and said, “I don’t have lavender. I just heard matcha.” Cool. So we’re just winging it now? Best experience and loyal customer service , Richard ensured the coffee taste is fresh and satisfied
Should really look into hiring some employees with more experience. It was just me and one other lady there and it took me so long to get out of there. Just seem very slow paced .
