Ordered via mobile order, and everything was perfectly ready when I got there. A barista greeted me when I came in and then said bye and used my first name as I left… I assume she remembered my name from having made part of my mobile order and seeing my pick it up. Nice touch! This location always does a great job!
The Starbucks inside King Soopers in Louisville absolutely crushes it every time. I roll in groggy, half-assembled, barely functioning, and they hit me with a genuine smile, lightning-fast service, and a perfectly dialed cup of black gold that somehow flips the switch and brings me back to life. It’s the little things…the energy, the consistency, the way they treat you like you matter even at 7am and Louisville mornings are better because of this crew. Thanks ladies!!!!!
I came with my kids to get them a treat. I was a bit disappointed that the barista did not ask if I wanted the bread warmed, and gave me the bread still in a plastic bag. The other barista saw us, then walked over and sat at the only available table to take a break and look at her phone. I was hoping to sit down with my kids. I recommend management discuss etiquette with staff and how to enhance customer service so they are more situationally aware.
