Not sure this even matters because their response are automated. I keep getting asked to repeat myself everytime I order here. I talk plain fluent English. I’m not handicap. They smile when they ask too like it’s funny. I’ve even slowed it down and said it slowly and they just look at you like you’re the one that’s having the problem. The workers were so slow and uninviting. It took almost 20 minutes for me to get waited on with 3 people working and 2 customers ahead.
Worst Starbucks that I have ever visited..at 9:30 am the entire store was not clean, the sugar and cream station was filthy. All of the machinery behind the counters looked so unsanitary with crusted stains everywhere. The floors were filthy as well as if they didn’t clean the store the evening before. The wait time for a cup of coffee and a pesto egg and cheese sandwich was literally 20 minutes and the store was empty
