Love my local Starbucks. I’m a regular so they all know me by name :)
The app said my order was ready at 3:26pm. I went to the counter and only saw the coffee I ordered. My loaf wasn’t there. I asked about it. They said it would be a minute. I sat for THIRTY MORE MINUTES with NO ONE checking in with me or caring whatsoever. Got the loaf refunded, grabbed my coffee and that will be the last thing I get from this store. I hope management cares enough to take this review seriously. Don’t get into service of any kind if you can’t be somewhat attentive and/or fake it to make it.
Great employees, very kind and attentive! I'd definitely go back!
