Got my order seriously wrong, AND failed to fill the venti cup all the way up, which I specifically asked for. Also failed to put the lid on right, so I spilled HALF the latte on my console and phone. I'll have to really work to get all the stickiness off of everything. The young woman who did it was engaged in a nice chat with her coworker, paying very little attention to my drink. Oh boy, I won't be back to this one. When I pay more that $7 for coffee, I expect a LOT better experience.
I love this place!! They do a great job at keeping staff. Their staff become accustomed to their customers and know them by name. They make drinks WELL!!!
I have been to MANY starbucks and this one always makes the drinks perfect. And not only that but they actually make them the same each time. Whatever yall are doing to train your staff keep doing it!
