La atención es espectacular Siempre que estoy triste Starbucks me alegra el día
Ordered inside at 9:08, but I didn’t get my drink until 9:47. Mobile orders cut in line and somehow my order and another customers order were forgotten. Workers were very apologetic and kind, but Starbucks desperately needs to redesign their system and not put workers in this situation. I will not be returning to Starbucks until this system is fixed
