If they had more employees like Ethan, we'd have no reason to get our coffee anywhere else, but lately we never see him working much. If the manager reads this, you've got a group of us who demand more Ethan ok! The kid doesn't even have to try , he just makes people feel welcome and comfortable
Some guy brought his large dog In the store, off the leash, and let's it jump on people. Female customers are dressed up and havevgo deal with the dogs saliva and hair. The owner laughs, he thinks it's hilarious. His dog should not be allowed in the store, or for that matter any non servive animal. I just turned around and didn't come in. I went to McDonald's then and got my latte and breakfast sandwich.. When I called the store, they didn't want to do anything. Read the pet policy staff!
