I was just there for a mobile pick up via drive thru The drive thru barista was awful. Had her back towards me the entire time when she did turn around she looked shocked I was waiting in my car for my drink! Then didn’t say much didn’t smile gave me my two drinks, and acted like she was high! She definitely is not Starbucks employee material and the manager needs to train her or let her go. Starbucks is high customer service oriented, this barista lacks in all areas! Do better!
