The staff is very courteous and polite

Unprecedentedly thoughtful and helpful staff. An ordering error that was 100% on me was quickly fixed with total courtesy and warmth. Very grateful
One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. No seating, terrible service. Most recently I waited 20 minutes for oatmeal because the staff didn’t feel like getting the toppings down from the shelves so they skipped my order for 20 minutes leaving the cups on the counter.
