I came here to study and take a test in my car and ordered an iced chai latte through the drive-through—a drink I get every week. When I tried it, it tasted like milk. I went back through the drive-through (which took another 8–10 minutes), and they said they fixed it. However, the second drink still tasted like milk. I called the store, and the employee told me they recently changed the chai ratio and should have informed me—but no one did. Do not come to this location unless you want to sit in a drive thru for half an hour for 2 drinks
The ladies running this location inside Randall’s are very sweet and do an awesome job. Also appreciate the special they run here from time to time.
Terrible customer service. Employees are rude. Even in some elderly they soooo rude, loud and have no manners. This would be my first and last visit here.
