To walk away from a customer, dismissing them in front of a store full of people is something I’ve never seen before in my life. The employee Nathan argued me down regarding the refill policy until another lady employee had to step in and confirm that he was wrong (she helped even though it felt reluctant). So I had to call corporate customer service and file a complaint.
