New management is killing this place!
They didn't steam the milk on one of my lattes. Pretty much, a COLD coffee . Lack of effort or don't know how to keep instruction. Three men working there today. I guess they're not too interested in performing well.
I always get treated like I matter as a customer and not just a drink order! One of my favorite smiling faces named Jessie always makes my day with a welcoming smile and handing me my drink made to perfection and that’s not easy bc I’m extra! Thank you to Jessie and the rest of the crew who make my day brighter!
