As a loyal Gold member who orders here constantly, today’s service was terrible. I asked Josh for large waters and was given small ones with no explanation. It’s frustrating to get minimal effort from a place I support so regularly.
I noticed that one employee was not providing friendly customer service, especially when assisting a customer.
