Customer service depends on how stressed the workers are from working under pressure that day! When working customer service you will have busy days, a busy day should not impact how you treat a customer according to your hectic day! Even the co manager JD and I will make sure it is reported to corporate manger his excuse was they are having a busy day. Busy day or not you still are in a professional role and should treat others with respect as I treat you with respect.
Drink made incorrect and taste burnt the last few times I’ve been. Mr. Tom is fantastic but the others don’t pay attention to make your drink correctly .. only seem to care about drive thru - not lobby
I usually frequent local mom & pop coffee shops, but this Starbucks is always treated me well. Also, I enjoy the capability to order online via the app.
