What’s the point of this location using the Starbucks app if my order isn’t ready when I get there? My food is always sitting there waiting, but my drink somehow never is. I’ve come here every day for the past week and a half, and it’s the same story on repeat. I still end up standing around an extra 5–10 minutes just waiting on my drink.
Love the Dubai bites. The Lemon loaf is superb. The brownies are my favorite with a Latte.
The manger JD is not very friendly..
Customer service depends on how stressed the workers are from working under pressure that day! When working customer service you will have busy days, a busy day should not impact how you treat a customer according to your hectic day! Even the co manager JD and I will make sure it is reported to corporate manger his excuse was they are having a busy day. Busy day or not you still are in a professional role and should treat others with respect as I treat you with respect.
