My venti wasn’t filled all the way it was only filled 3 inches from the top. Ventis are too expensive to be missing that much from the cup. I almost said something but I don’t want to be that person. But it’s extremely disappointing.
I've never had an issue with store but today while going thru the drive I was told at the window while picking up my drink that I needed to understand their mobile drive policy and I need to wait 15min. I've always ordered mobile and never been told this! Never told this by many different locations nor has this location told me this in the past year I've been ordering from them.
