they only fill 75% of the cup here. i just opened the lid and it looked like this. this is a hot chocolate, and the milk is just flat. i got played. can you guys do something about quality control? it isnt the first time this happened to my order, and based on your other reviews this is a consistent problem. and dont give a stock reply asking for us to give you “more info on how we can improve.” why don’t you figure that out from these reviews? the audacity to waste more of your customers time
They never give you your receipt. Then they skip your order and don't know what your order is and then asked for your receipt, which they never gave you.
