I ordered an iced matcha latte with extra strawberry cold foam and a birthday cake pop. Not exactly a complicated order, and not a big one either. When I walked in, one of the staff was standing in front of the cashier talking, and even though I was the only customer there, I had to wait about 5 minutes just to order. So Starbucks is blatantly charging for a trenta drink and they are serving you the amount of a large one. I ordered a trenta pin drink and they served it to me in the trenta cup but the amount they gave me in the cup was actually half of the cup and I knew it because when I picked it up it barely weighed anything. I opened it in front of all the Starbucks employees and they stared at me as if I was a beggar asking for money. They have no respect for their customers and they also use racist language towards me. First time in this place and l got a white chocolate Mocha and taste really bad usually taste sweet but this one taste bitter l don’t recommend this place
