I ordered a tall iced matcha latte with oatmilk. It tastes like water !! The label doesn't specify that i asked for oatmilk so I'm not even sure they used it. Its like 70% foam (I stopped asking for foam in my matcha for this reason) 20% actually matcha and 10% ice. Its closer to white than green. The other drinks were fine. They didn't have boba straws for the seasonal summer berry lemonade, so you have to kind of have to pick out the boba with your fingers or something. Pretty standard Starbucks. Nothing special, but also nothing of concern. If you been to another one, you've been to this one.
10/29/24 The first barista taking our order seemed to be annoyed that she could not understand my cousin because she was wearing a mask. My cousin was asking for a drink and the barista got frustrated and said I can NOT understand you and made her repeat it a few more times which in turn made us frustrated. After we ordered we can see them talking and staring us down. I asked for a small cup of water to take medication and she said it was 50 cents. This does not seem right. Perhaps a discussion with Kaiser Admin is necessary. The girl was very friendly but this policy seems wrong on a hospital campus.
