We are never gonna come back to Starbucks in burley in smiths the service is bad Michelle was the cashier and was rude had an attitude rolled her eyes just mean person they didn’t even call Out our names when our drinks were ready the service was horrible then she kept saying she did t have what we wanted but mean it’s sad how this world has become full of mean people if she doesn’t like her job look for another job one but be nice to people

Passing through and stopped at the store and “Lolly” doesn’t listen to instructions i had to repeat my order more than once and after i had paid she got the order wrong and the sizes. Please work on who ur hiring.

Went in this morning and the gentleman with glasses had the best attitude 🩷 with a smile on his face and telling everyone to have a good day I'd come again if he was my barista🩷

Would never order from here again! They don’t fill up your drinks when you say no ice. You get a venti with no ice and it’s a grande. You get a grande with no ice, and it’s a small.
