Sunday August 16th 2026 1:30pm. Worst customer service ever they are not welcoming and just rude. When asked to speak with the manager all we got was attitude and told us they didn’t know anything about when the manager would be there! You can go else where and be treated better then here! Not worth it!
I love coming to this place for my drinks but the baristas seem to forget my items because they're too busy chatting. And the guy with curly hair and glasses with some kind of accent always has an attitude when I go.
We almost always have a great experience with Starbucks and this was great too! We normally always have Pike brewed coffee when we travel which is what we also drink at home. Today there was no Pike but the new brewed 1971 was on tap instead so we tried it. Wow it's so good and true kick your butt awake coffee! This will definitely be my new morning choice, even at home, from now on. I will continue to enjoy my Pike through out the day but 1971 will be my "hello, I'm awake now" cup of joe.
