Came on Sunday at around 12:50 they had a new girl she was honestly nicer than the other two. They didn’t make my coffee right and had to remake it almost three times and even then they still didn’t make it how I asked. This is one of the most worse experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. This Starbucks is becoming one of our regular stops on the way to Utah. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and other items available in Smiths
This afternoon I ordered a venti oat milk matcha with some flavorings, and the whole thing tasted horrible.The flavorings I added, I couldn't taste at all. The oat milk tasted like it went bad and had a sour taste. I would highly recommend this store actually checks their products, because this was one of the worst matchas I've ever gotten and I won't be returning.
Sunday August 16th 2026 1:30pm. Worst customer service ever they are not welcoming and just rude. When asked to speak with the manager all we got was attitude and told us they didn’t know anything about when the manager would be there! You can go else where and be treated better then here! Not worth it!
I love coming to this place for my drinks but the baristas seem to forget my items because they're too busy chatting. And the guy with curly hair and glasses with some kind of accent always has an attitude when I go.
