When I order, I don’t look at the name. I just look at what’s closest and then I go app and I order from the same address. I use Apple Maps and Google maps and nowhere knows where to take me so if this is for only students, then it shouldn’t be on Maps and if it’s not then y’all need to update whatever you gotta do
While I have never had a horrible experience with this Starbucks, today I was extremely off put by an interaction I saw behind the counter. One girl in particular who I had watched make many drinks, seemed to have a second without drinks to which the manager turned around and loudly scolded her for having her hands on her hips. Twice, in front of customers. No praise for the work she did, only snapping at her the moment she had a second to breathe. Great Coffee!!! Love Starbucks.
This place had taken over 25 minutes to make out drink . We’ve ordered before many people but yet their drinks come out first. Our drinks were small and we saw them only make venti drinks.
