Poor attitude through the drivethru, tried to order a generic latte with chai added to it, came out as just milk and chai. When asking the worker if it had espresso in it (as a regular latte does) he lied and told me there was, when looking at it, it looked of pure milk, if a venti has 3 or more shots in it it would at least be tinted, he gave a lazy attitude and baby talked while ordering my wife a pink drink. This is my go to Starbucks in the morning cause they’re always so friendly and so efficient! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, even at peak times. Andrea runs this place like the Marines!
Had multiple issues with orders from this store, called and talked to Andrea , she wanted to make things right and hand delivered my drinks and told me she put me in a book for my next visit. I've been in the ICU for 18 days and came to get my drink , but Katelin said I wasn't in the book , said they don't comp drinks twice with an attitude and walked away when I still wanted to order .
