Normally, I like starbucks but this location has gone downhill. Management (especially Andrea) seems fixed on power trips and some of the staff too. Conveniently located. Would advise other people to seek your coffee fix elsewhere than this place. People at this location seem miserable and in dire need of a job change. I hope Starbucks corporate makes some changes here or they're going to lose a lot more customers.

Not the best place to get coffee. Had a significant wait time and staff still made drink wrong. I loved interacting with Kaitlin, though. She does have good customer service! Some staff should reconsider their career path. Most of the other staff is fantastic. Location is decent but the parking lot design is rather crappy but that could in part due to Chick-fil-a being next door.
TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MEAN EMPLOYEES Today I went to Starbucks to celebrate the fall season and get a pumpkin flavored drink. I work in a restaurant that is old and doesn’t offer direct deposit, so I usually get cash and paper check which I cash out to put into my bank. Since I have been trying to save money, today I only brought $13 and an additional 100 dollar bill out with me.
