Dear Starbucks: you need to stop making customers demand cup sleeves and straws. Every other single coffee shop, locally owned or big company, doesnt do this. In fact, Dunkin and McDonalds, for example, have cups that are made to protect the customer's hand with built-in sleeves. They accused me of saying the B word, which I didn’t. And then When I politely let them know I didn’t say that and they misunderstood me. The gal tried to intimidate me saying everyone heard me, so just confess. Of course, I then second guessed myself but Honestly - No I said “which” to my daughter on another item she was thinking of. Not the B word. I 100% didn’t appreciate them accusing and deciding they were correct, instead of listening to me. We won’t be going back to a place that is in your face and tries to intimidate
