Im still giving 5 stars because I absolutely love this place. I order here almost every morning because its walking distance from work. Unfortunately the past few weeks my order has been lost or not done at all. I always order 30 minutes ahead of my arrival time I had a pickup for 735 and literally got my order at 805. Which made me late for work. I just think once they get busy they lose track of orders but 4 times in two weeks is a bit of an amount. I will still continue to return obviously.
