I could easily copy paste the review that I saw saying they got a bad drink in Pagosa Springs, which usually doesn't happen. This is the exact same thing that happened to me, with TWO drinks....driving all the way to Durango and they so graciously remade my drink for me and made it absolutely delicious. I asked if they could just add the sweetener that Pagosa forgot and and she so sweetly offered to just remake the drink fresh. Thank you, beautiful ladies, for caring so much about our coffee experience!!! 🫶
It's Starbuckss and it's like every other Starbucks but the people are super friendly.

I got a bad drink from Starbucks in Pagosa Springs so I had to stop here to get another one. They were so nice and my new drink was AMAZING! Thank you for being so wonderful.
