I am a Starbucks customer for many years, but today the 4th of May 2025 will be my last day, I likely spend $400 a year at Starbucks, today I was in one of their locations at Tyson corner mall Virginia with my 6 months old son, we run out of water and kindly asked the cashier for a cup of water, she told me that I have to do a purchase to be able to have a cup of water, I said not today but if you want me to show you my Starbucks APP with all my purchases, she said no and I am sorry but that’s the roles. I recently visited the Starbucks inside Macy’s at Tysons Corner Mall, and my experience was disappointing. The staff member, the boy, who took my order made an unprofessional comment, calling me "cheap" when I didn’t leave a tip on the credit card payment. The other employee present remained silent, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Additionally, the 2 coffee I ordered was poorly made. Absolutely useless service. When I said the kid is allergic to milk. They still added whipped cream. I have to buy another one because they are just removing the whipped cream and giving the same.
