I recently visited the Starbucks inside Macy’s at Tysons Corner Mall, and my experience was disappointing. The staff member, the boy, who took my order made an unprofessional comment, calling me "cheap" when I didn’t leave a tip on the credit card payment. The other employee present remained silent, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Additionally, the 2 coffee I ordered was poorly made. Absolutely useless service. When I said the kid is allergic to milk. They still added whipped cream. I have to buy another one because they are just removing the whipped cream and giving the same.
