Asked for a drip coffee and didn’t get it even after 10 mins. Walked back to the billing counter and asked the barista to just pour it and give it to me.. to which she started mumbling to her other employees that “he does not want to wait”. Seriously? No other Starbucks i’ve been to makes customers wait for a drip coffee when it’s brewed and ready. Just inefficient. And oh! Your customers can hear you speak. Ain’t deaf!

Very long waiting time in the morning, which is quite inconvenient. Faster service during this time would be appreciated.
