the staff member was rude, I am aware about the water rule but to be disrespected with attitude and sarcasm was just so uncalled for. My friend and I were thirsty and he wanted some milk and i wanted some water, so of course he let me order first and we just got such rude customer service. Treat your customers good or just dont work fr.
Wow, what happened to me just now! The Americano was good but this seasonal cheesecake pastry heated up was crazy good. I need to stay away from these for sure. 😂 Another visit to this Starbucks location since I am up in Virginia. I love the little notes that the baristas write on the cups. Five stars and bravo for such a nice touch! 😘🙏
I’ve only been prompted to write a review because this is gotta be my third or fourth time - where I received the worst customer service. There were seven people making drinks, and yet I could not get a water with my other drinks. I also overheard the staff trying to force a child to pay for a mistake they made, even though she told them not to remake the drink.
