Best customer service by the outstanding busy staff here at all times. Customers having health emergency need to call 911 instead of blaming the excellent staff here who r giving outstanding (and r not doctors)service to one and all always. It gets crazy here with so many unreasonable customers who r very demanding without regard to other customers. I had my $20 order in hand and I asked for two ice waters. Alicia told me I had to get back in line to order it. The line was more than 20 people long. I've never been told to stand in line to order water in the decades I've been going to Starbucks. They need to use Alicia for training as an example of how not to do your job.
