Terrible Starbucks. I heard a conversation with the Ethiopian employee talking about me to another employee. She was wondering if I paid for my order in which I paid & she was the one who took my order so that don't make sense. I guess she thought I can't afford Starbucks. Won't be coming back.
Whoever worked the afternoon shift May 1, around 4 p.m. and tried to make a simple “Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Blended Beverage” with no adjustments to the item. Cannot make it right cause it wasn’t blended, just basically liquid and excessive amount of caramel. For the price one pays you would think it’d be done right. Highly recommend different location or different coffee shop.
Work customer service. One cashier open, all of the employees talking while more than ten people wait. Not taking the orders properly. Giving attitude of disdain when asked for delay orders.
