We come to this Starbucks pretty often and Will always gives us great service. He’s consistently friendly, welcoming, and has such a positive energy every time we see him. He remembers his customers, makes you feel appreciated, and you can tell he actually cares about his job and the people he’s helping. Employees like Will are a big reason we keep coming back to this location. He definitely deserves recognition for the great work he does!
I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations, and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is honestly the best—everyone is always so welcoming, but Sky deserves a special shoutout. She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and always makes you feel valued as a customer. The coffee is consistently perfect every single time, which is why I actually drive farther from my house just to come to this location. You can tell the team really cares about what they do, and it shows in both the service and the quality. Highly recommend!
I had a very unpleasant experience here on July 28 at around 5:40 p.m. The female employee was unfriendly from the moment I placed my order. When I paid(Whenever I paid through the app, the tip screen never appeared.)and started to walk away, she called out, “Ma’am,” and pointed at the tip screen, making me feel pressured to leave a tip.
