Have you ever opened the lid to your coffee before, well you might want to start doing so considering what I found inside of mine. I bought a coffee as I usually do, but when I opened the lid to the coffee there was a fly inside of it. When I returned to the starbucks to show them what had happened, not only did the employees not apologize but also showed a complete lack of politeness and kindness. They made me wait over thirty minutes and finally gave me another drink after I asked three times. Will not come back for sure.

Wish I could give this place a zero star..very rude, nasty unprofessional customer service.. Especially from the male that works there.

Close too early at 2:30 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ sometimes the hotel have events and close at 5 early.

Time does not operate here like it does elsewhere. It seems there is some sort of time warp that only affects this place. Coffee somehow manages to take over 40 minutes. Banana bread even longer. I may hang out here more often. With as slow as time seems to move here, I think they may have discovered the fountain of youth. Maybe sell time in your time machine, because the coffee takes entirely too long.
