Very clean establishment
Every time I go in the people are super nice. However, I ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro and I got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with Nitro on my ticket. Like I don’t know the difference in taste. They have asked me to get out of my car and come in the store (while I am in the drive through line) and let them know I was there for my order (from the app). And then they asked my daughter to go all the way back through the drive through because one of her two drinks wasn’t ready. We will NEVER come back to this Starbucks ... read more
Kathleen was absolutely amazing—so friendly, professional, and thoughtful. She even suggested a twist on my usual drink, and it turned out even better than the way I normally order it! Will 1000% be choosing this Starbucks over the location on 377 from now on.
