I placed an online order about 5 minutes before my arrival. I place ahead because of anxiety. This Starbucks is typically very busy & I don’t mind the wait. I arrive, tell them I’m picking up a mobile order, “great we are working on that pull around” ~ there were no customers in drive thru. Pull up to window “we just got your order if you can pull out and to back around”. I find that absolutely insane. Why? If I had come to the window and ordered normally you would have just gotten my order. Right? Do better! That is so rude... read more
I’ve never had a bad experience at this location and usually have superb experiences. Twice I’ve had to ask for a remade drink (once my fault, once their fault) and they are always so understanding and kind about it and don’t make you feel dumb! The workers and manager are all wonderful!
