I stopped for a coffee today and should have read the reviews first. The coffee was cold and Allison just told me that I had to specify that the espresso and milk had to be hot to make my order. When she was taking my order she asked ice or hot. I specified HOT. I didn't know I had to say it again or for my hot coffee that the milk needs be hot. Allison just said that they used cold milk, for a hot drink. Complete waste of money and time at this location. And the tables were dirty as well even though the place was empty
I ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato, and I was disappointed with my drink today. The cup was not filled properly, and the coffee tasted watered down, almost like it was diluted to make it last longer. I usually enjoy this drink, but this time the quality was not what I expected.
I came here two days in a row 10/2/25 & 10/3/25 and I encountered Hispanic girl working in the morning with bad customer service and no proper Starbucks greeting at all. This location is convenient I'm always near by however I'll go where I can get better customer service. I arrived at this location at 5:59 AM on Monday, August 11, with a 12-hour work shift ahead. The cashier walked in at the same time as me, and when I politely suggested starting with dark roast coffee first so it would be ready in a few minutes, she responded with a nasty attitude, saying they’re “not open yet.” I understand it was one minute before opening, but for an early morning business, you’d expect them to be ready for customers right at opening time.
