Got starbucks for the first time here instead of closer to my home because I was on the way home from Costco. Tell me. Y'all see my name right? Girl at the front put down "Sonni" (which I laughed off) but proceeded to also gave me the wrong drink. The drink I wanted was the pumpkin spice chai, but she put down pumpkin spice shaken espresso? I paid 9 dollars for a Shaken espresso with the the cold foam extra cold foam and espresso shot. At first I got neither. I watched them toss out the extra shot as it was being made. I asked for extra cold foam. And its looks like I got the normal amount. Im sorry to say but paying for anything extra here is a ripe off cause it dont all go into the cup. This isn't the first time — it seems like staff are often absorbed in their own conversations or tasks rather than greeting customers.
