We were gonna buy something I promise you we were. I wanted the frog cakepop :(. But we needed to go use the restroom so bad!! The restroom had keypads for you to type in the code. Idk why they have those. But the girl with red hair had a problem with us. She rolled her eyes at us and a nasty attitude, So we just left. Felt uncomfortable.
Updating from 2 stars to 4. Last few times I have been, the employees seemed more friendly, and my orders have been right. Seems like their AC has gone out recently, because they have big AC units on the floor. Not sure if I had experienced a bad trend or what, but it has gotten better. Glad I didn't give up on this location.
Today is the first time in years that I’ve had such a poor and mediocre experience with Starbucks. First, I understand that if there are only three people working and the place is full, they are going to be overworked. But in that case, management should schedule more people for the shift or ensure that the staff working are more competent. My wife ordered a drink with oat milk because she is lactose intolerant.
