One of the servers at the drive thru, his name was Keno. Very poor service,we go to that location almost every day and this was the first we noticed him there and he was extremely unprofessional. Our drinks were made poorly and he didn’t even want to replace the ones they made after being told over the phone that they would replace them. Would recommend going to a different location if he’s working.
Got a ribbon crunch and it was complete ice with whip cream couldn't even drink it
