I just had the most thoughtful experience. I was driving around trying to find parking and one of the baristas named Summer noticed my car, came to a stop light where I was and brought my drink to me. She is AMAZING! All the gold stars for her!
I am a coffee lover so naturally I had to stop at this Starbucks while my family was visiting the Meridian Children's Museum during the Dr Seuss Bday celebration. It is located in the beautiful Threefoot Hotel in downtown Meridian. The service was fine with the cashier being friendly however they did not have any whipped cream, then the barista did not put the crunch part on my caramel ribbon crunch so now, no cream or crunch which is definitely a delicious part of this drink. Literally waited an hour on 3 coffees got 1 hot coffee after 30 minutes and 30 minutes later received the 2 cold coffees. Unacceptable. No apologies were offered nothing. WILL NOT BE BACK
Put out with plain coffee order, no half and half in coffee although it was requested. 2 workers, annoyed to be at work apparently
