Update August 2025: This Starbucks location continues to provide excellent customer service and I've never had a problem with any of the staff. I never have to wait long at all and there's a couple staff who when they hear my voice and see me on camera coming through the drive-thru, they remember who I am! bad service. took a while and then i asked for them to split cash they said “sorry we can’t do that our district manager is here” and they have spilt cash for me several times. they were also out of the strawberry acai base and this has happened so many times.
Yesterday was my first visit to this location and it was a great experience. When I entered, the store looks so clean and tidy. The employees were also very warm and welcoming while I picked up my order. I had a glance at the Starbucks merchandise. They had quite a variety and I had found one cup. I have been looking for for a few months. The restrooms were also very clean. My mango dragon fruit refresher was amazing and mixed just perfect.
I go and order 5 drinks and 5 bakery items.. and the person with green hair who was taking my order was very rude. Seemed annoyed that we orderd "too much". When I get to the window, with an attitude.. He says "we don't take $100 bills" with an attitude , bobbing his head around disrespectful as ever. First of all, WHY NOT? my order was $53.. SECOND.. Arrived to this location. Went up to the counter prepared with our order and the barista seemed extremely annoyed and bothered by us simply ordering 4 simple drinks. The environment was hostile and uncomfortable. One of the drinks was also served incorrectly. Never have experienced something this strange from a Starbucks….
