Service was good. Professional and nice. Drinks were awful and very $$. My drink tasted like a stick of butter (assuming that’s what a stick of butter tastes like?). I threw it out and it was $11 when normally it’s $7. The other drinks were bland. Starbucks needs to step up in this location or let a different coffee shop move in.
Go down the road a 15 minute walk to the other Starbucks. Wait times are an hour or more and they don’t tell you until you pay for your order. After you place an order and you can’t wait, they won’t let you cancel it and get a refund.
Items ordered: 2 coffees, 2 sandwiches. Waited time: 25 minutes. This Starbucks is one of the two places in the entire casino/hotel that serve any breakfast options and coffee, so expect to wait a long time in line. Service is slow due to the large crowds, the food and drink speed is inadequate for the amount of people this place serves. It also is unfortunately unorganized. They got my name wrong, coffee sat for 20 minutes since everyone was mislabeled.
Worst store ever. Much more expensive. I ordered cafe misto with cold foam and topping, but they didn’t add anything! I wanted to complain about this but the staff is busy doing small talk with others. I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to waste here,so I left. They don’t care about their customers.
