They are putting salt over the foam, and call it salted caramel, this is so ridiculous, they call this home made salted caramel. If you don’t have it just say and we might order something else.
Terrible SB experience. This would’ve been the mid day shift on May 18. Waited 30mins, and People behind us had already received their orders. Checked in with the barista and they said they have a different system for hot and cold beverage. We ordered hot coffee. 30mins for a hot coffee, unheard of. So we asked if we could just cancel it and get a refund. Store manager came out with an attitude “we can’t refund you if you did not ask for a receipt”.
