we asked for extra light ice, we were very respectful and there also nobody else in line so it wasnt a rush or anything. i work in a coffee shop and this is not light ice at all its just frustrating for it being 8$ drinks

Please learn how to make hot chocolate consistently. Today’s order was very weak - hardly worth what you charge for slightly flavored water.
The west circle drive location is the only location open before 6am, so the only store I can use before work. I place my order in the app get to the store and it’s closed. How can you accept orders and payment when your not open. Now I have paid for coffee I won’t get and customer service isn’t open. How can you treat you customers this way? This has happened a few times.
