Only one employee and out of many of the feature beverages
The worst service possible. There is always only one employee handling everything, while a long line of customers waits for a very long time. It’s unfair to both the customers and the employee, who is clearly overwhelmed. When will this be addressed by adding more staff?
Today, at 11:25am, I had the best experience here. Not sure the name of the barista but she was friendly and efficient -working alone. My drink was better than I’ve had t many other Starbucks locations. She had many customers but no one waited long at all. She remained friendly and focused even when many people thrived after I got my drink. Currently, she’s stocking her front shelves! Great rep for what a hard worker looks like!!
