Best experience i've had at a Starbucks. The woman who greeted me was very talkative & kind while i ordered. Im from Michigan & we stopped in to use the restroom and wanted a little snack/drink to go. Was in & out within 5 minutes. Painless & joyful interaction. The man making my drink was top tier. When i ask for extra caramel , i mean EXTRA. & he did just that! he looked very proud of himself as he should!! Great work this morning you guys! Thank you!
today was my final attempt to use this starbucks (it’s the closest to me). for the past year i’ve wasted money about a dozen times times trying to get very simple drinks (iced coffee & matcha latte’s). and i have had ZERO drinks that taste correct. i’ve never thrown full drinks away prior to ordering here. and truthfully, ive had to throw almost 100% away. today, my basic iced coffee just tasted like water, and this was after they remade it. prior, my matcha latte just tasted like plain matcha with no sugar or milk. today al... read more
I placed a mobile order and it went through, when I went in to get my drink it wasnt there, I asked and they said thr blender was broken, I asked for a mango dragonfruit lemonade and went to the bathroom, when I came back there was a starberry acai lemonade sitting there and the woman said it was a mango dragonfruit but they didnt have the mango dragonfruit prices. Never going there again
