On a Sunday morning at 8am: they had 11 people working and despite the very large staff on hand, they couldn’t handle the normal influx of morning coffee people. Stood waiting for coffee for almost 25 min despite there being only 4 people in front of me and cars outside. I guess all cars and mobile orders have precedence over in person guests at this location which is messed up. Just visited this location, waited about 40 minutes for a two drink order to be completed. A matcha and a vanilla latte. Two of the most basic drinks, understanding they were short staff, no heads up about the wait upon ordering. The cashier was the nicest out of the staff. The manager was unhelpful, quick and rude. Terrible. Took 32 minutes to get coffee from this ridiculous place. Old lady who accepts orders was eating while taking orders. Employees keep talking between themselves .
I always buy a grande coffee with 3 shots of expresso. My daughters love the vanilla ice coffee.
