Great pitstop near my rental property. The anxious pacing female outside asking for money was annoying.
I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe and I finished the last bit of it a moment ago and spat out a strand of hair that was balled up. I am extremely grossed out by this. Not sure what the policy with loose hair but I am extremely grossed out.
The staff were nice, but I was stuck in the drive thru lane for at least 15 minutes the other day and stuck inside ordering the day before for 15 minutes. If you need to get to work on time do not go here. There also is a homeless person in the drive thru with some poor dog that rests its head on the curb of the pull around. It’s depressing to have to experience and worrying for the dog. Please ask this person to move for quality of service and safety of their pet.
Do a better job at updating your menu. Third day in a row I've gone, waited forever, all to find out you're out. Other items on your menu get "sold out".
Helpful service! Hours are outdated - lobby closed at 5:30pm.
