My experience: I ordered a hot chocolate, waited by the bar for 20 minutes until they FINALLY asked me what drink I'd ordered. This has happened thrice now. It's truly frustrating. I will now try to avoid going to this coffee house bar the fact that it is the only Starbucks around for miles. My experience was seriously that bad.
