I have not had a bad experience at this location in the few years I have lived here, even during busy hours they manage to get orders out as fast as they can. Though, I am a patient person and understand items are made to order and crafting many drinks at a time cant be super fast
Their pizza slices are large and satisfying.
I told the barista that I didn’t get any whipped cream on my hot chocolate or on my mocha (ordered for my kids) and could she put some on. She said #1 it costs extra and I probably didn’t order it; #2 Maybe it melted before I got there. But I ordered online from the store and stood there as they handed me the drinks. And I spent $50 on food and drinks - why not just put whipped cream on my drinks? They also switched the stickers to the hot chocolate and the mocha so my kids had the wrong drinks.
