I ordered a chia tea latte with oatmilk and what I received was warm regular milk. I couldn’t go back but I called and the mgr said she let them know that I would receive a new one on my next visit. That was great!
I always get my morning coffee from Starbucks, I don’t have an specific location, I had to stop at this location because my phone was disconnected and I needed WIFI to pay! and silly me I couldn’t connect, I ask the barista and as busy as it always is, a person that looked like is the manager immediately came to help me, the barista continued to make the order, my coffee as great as always, I was out of there fast and accomplished, the little details make the difference because you can see the teamwork!!! Thank you!!!!
I ordered a carmel ribbon crunch and asked for extra drizzle and proceeded to give me little to no extra caramel and took out the crunch entirely and then I ordered mozzarella with focaccia with tomato and there’s one tomato on it and the mozzarella isn’t even on the entire thing I don’t understand
