Horrible customer service
Worst Location I've ever experienced. I hope corporate investigates this location for charging customers for product they dont have and putting different ingredient inside drinks thats not on menu. Location is very rude, and not customer friendly towards Melanated customers. I just wanted a 2 tall triple and the barista told me it cost $16.... I placed an order, they didn't pay attention to what I ordered, and they even refused to make the same order I always order at Starbucks. Literally the worst service and worst customer service ever, not to mention the food tasted so bad I had to throw it away.
I visited this Starbucks with a group of coworkers and we had a very disappointing experience. After waiting for a long time for our drinks, one of us politely asked what was happening. We were told there was a problem printing the labels, but the barista did not clearly explain the situation. Instead of helping, another employee stepped in and told him that he should not give us any explanation, and the situation became tense.
