I literally had to pull over as I just grabbed my coffee 2 seconds ago, my order is always made perfect (I hope I'm not jinxing myself lol) but I had to write this review because of an amazing barista Kiki (in the drive through this morning on 9/9) always makes my day with amazing customer service and a big smile every single time. She's amazing..Starbucks give her a raise, she's the reason I come to this location.
Nobody was there asked to use the bathroom, was told I had to buy something first. Told the girl I have a Starbucks card and have a headache I don’t need coffee just need to use the bathroom, was told no. Seriously, do better Starbucks!!!
I visited this Starbucks on a Sunday at 9 am. After getting out of my car and walking all the way to the door, I noticed the handwritten tape thingy saying “drive-through only”. I was expecting to spend some time there drinking my coffee and reading my book, but OK. Let’s try drive-through! Staffs very rude, easily ignore customer in front of them
I was at Starbucks today at 9:12 AM at the window. when I’m about to pay for my two drinks, the barista tap the screen on the card holder and she accidentally pressed $5 dollars tip. I noticed so I pressed cancel and then when I touched it. She said don’t touch that it’s broken and then I explained to her “you accidentally pressed $5 tip. It brought my total to $19 “she said “I did not press $5 tip “ I told her well my total is $14 and it came to $19 “. Then she started raising her voice at me escalating the problem.
