Who makes and serves refreshers without ice? Also the service is awful here. If you have a mobile order, it's never ready when it says It will be. The drive-thru is slow as molasses. If there's 1 car or 10 ahead of you, you still wait the same amount of time. Being served an almost $8 refresher without a spec of ice and it's warm is absurd.
Whenever I go to the Westgate Starbucks, I feel happier because they treat their customers so well; the staff are cheerful and friendly, and best of all my favorite drink always tastes exactly the same and is perfectly made. Just for the record, the drink is Peach Green Tea Lemonade with Classic Syrup... Thank you so much, Westgate Starbucks...
I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years, and today I was prevented from using the restroom because an employee told me I had to buy something first. it’s outrageous!!!
