Tried to order a small cream frap with 1/4 the ingredients it normally comes with, and the guy insisted on charging me extra for the syrup, because it was 2 different kinds (even though I was getting 2 half pumps, when it comes with 4 full pumps). I order at other Starbucks all the time and was never charged for 1/4 what comes with the $5.45 drink.
This Starbucks is run like the military. The line was nearly out the door and they got through it in under five minutes while still being super friendly
I ordered a pumpkin spice frappe and a pecan crunch latte frappe. Upon receiving my order the pecan frapp didn't have the whip cream. I asked and the Barista said it normally didn't come with it. Do you want it? I said yes and then she proceeded to say next time order it that way. I looked at her in disgust as she realized how rude her comment was.
