This truly one of the situations I'd like to leave 0 stars. There should be an option for it. Online order, 3-6 minutes. After 20 minutes and 14 drinks with whip cream in front of me they told me they were out of whip cream and it would be 5-10 minutes. 5 minutes later they handed me something in which I have zero clue what it was. It was halfway filled with whip cream. At this point one of the employees was extremely nasty. She managed to thank me though she said nothing to anyone else. Let me start off by saying, this place is HORRIBLE. Is it mandatory to be extremely rude when working there? Because that’s how all the workers treat you every single time. Whether they are in a rush or have one order, your drink will come out equally as bad. We NEED better manners. I’m so embarrassed for them.
Friendly and accommodating! 👍 I asked for a cocoa just before closing and they still got me taken care of.
