Everything I ordered was wrong. I don't have my glasses, so it was difficult for me to read the menu, and I let the employees know that before ordering. I tried to order a venti iced chai latte and the Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia sandwich. When the employee asked if I wanted a latte, I said yes: a chai latte. Maybe she just didn't hear me, and mistakes happen.
