Old, dirty dishwater with lukewarm milk. Now, I’ve never had that, but if I did, this is what I’d think the $6 iced coffee at this store would taste like. It was terrible. And the teenagers that run this place could care less. Just close up already.

First Starbucks I’ve been to in the last six months that hasn’t written something on the cup which I thought was interesting but perhaps that’s changed. It wasn’t very busy so they likely would’ve done so it if it was still a requirement.
i was very upset when i saw my car from afar looking like this… for someone to serve a cup like this is very disappointing, i was having a bad day and went to treat myself with a coffee, just to find a lot of the drink missing. The cup looked very empty and i was very disappointed knowing that this drink is $6 when i could’ve been taken care of anywhere else with better treat and respect. I had such a great experience thanks to Cameron! I came in just 5 minutes before closing, hoping to grab my favorite banana nut bread and a caramel macchiato. Not only did he make it happen without hesitation, but he did it with such a genuine smile and ease that truly stood out. It would have been easy to feel rushed or turned away that close to closing time, but Cameron went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of—and that meant a lot.
