I come here if I WANT to have a bad day. They mess up my mobile order every single time. I ordered boba in a Trenta, not only is the drink wrong but they gave me no way to drink it. I was told there isn’t a boba lid for trenta drinks, so they gave me a boba straw with a sip lid. So i couldn’t actually drink my drink at all on the way to work. The merchandise promotion clearly states the limitations on the website, and the store sets its own rules; when you try to speak to the manager, they say he isn't there and only handles matters by phone.
I had an unpleasant experience at this Starbucks. Service was not good. A barista named jared was rude and not attentive and did not greet me at any point. Will not be coming back to this location.
