Noemi, I believe was the shift supervisor/ manager who you would think would be the example for her shift employees had an horrible attitude! I know they’re young but they need to learn customer ! She was making faces like as if she was smelling poop And it bothered her that I was asking for a particular drink. She even got my order wrong and the other young lady apologized for her error and for her (Noemi or Naomi) attitude.
Today there was this sweet girl at the drive through - morenita . She has great customer service and very friendly , before i took off she even offered my dog a pup cup LOL! People like her will put a smile on anyone’s face!
I ordered a hot chocolate with add ons at the register the initial employee, didn’t get there name but they inputted it wrong so the drink came out wrong but I noticed right away and let the employee Emma near the bar know of this mistake and was very helpful and re made my drink no questions asked , very happy!
